Journaling is a powerful tool that has been used for centuries as a means of self-expression and personal reflection. It involves writing down one’s thoughts, emotions, experiences, and ideas in a private diary or journal. Journaling has numerous benefits for mental health, including reduced stress, increased self-awareness, and improved mood. In this essay, we will explore the benefits of journaling for mental health from the perspectives of Wayne Dyer, Florence Scovel Shinn, Jesus, and the Buddha.

Wayne Dyer’s Perspective on Journaling:
