1. Introduction

These services are intended for guidance, support, and mentoring, and do not constitute professional clinical therapy or medical advice.
By engaging in services provided by John Morris, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

John Morris provides mentorship and mental health support services that include:
One-on-one online sessions via Zoom, Messenger, or Streamyard
Custom-designed programs focusing on mind, body, and environmental well-being
Emotional support and guidance on personal development
Non-therapeutic guidance for overcoming life challenges and promoting self-healing
3. Age Requirement
Services are available to individuals aged 18 and older. For individuals under 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide explicit consent for participation and be involved in the process, as arranged.
4. Disclaimer
John Morris is not a licensed therapist, psychiatrist, psychologist, or counselor. These services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health disorders or conditions. 5. Confidentiality

6. Payment and Fees
All payments for services are non-refundable, except in the case of cancellations made by John Morris. Payment is required upfront before any services are rendered. Payment can be made through the available online platforms, which will be specified at the time of booking.
If a session is canceled by the client with at least 24 hours' notice, the session may be rearranged. However, failure to provide adequate notice will result in forfeiture of that session.
7. Refund and Cancellation Policy
No refunds will be issued unless the service is canceled by John Morris.
Clients may reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
8. Code of Conduct
Clients must conduct themselves with respect during sessions. Any abusive or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of services, without a refund.

10. Liability
John Morris will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of mentorship services. This includes, but is not limited to, mental, emotional, or physical damages that occur as a result of advice, suggestions, or any form of communication received during sessions.
By engaging in the services provided by John Morris, you acknowledge and agree that the responsibility for your mental and emotional well-being remains with you. You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless John Morris from any claims arising out of your use of these services.
11. Intellectual Property
All materials provided during the mentorship process, including any workbooks, presentations, or session notes, are the intellectual property of John Morris. Clients may use these materials for personal use but may not reproduce, distribute, or share them without prior written consent from John Morris.
12. Session Recordings
All online mentorship sessions are recorded for security, training, and quality assurance purposes. By agreeing to these terms, you consent to the recording of your sessions. These recordings will not be shared publicly without your explicit permission, unless required by law.
13. Termination of Services
John Morris reserves the right to terminate services at any time if it is determined that the client’s needs are beyond the scope of mentorship, or if the client’s behavior is inappropriate or abusive.
14. Changes to Terms and Conditions
