A Bit Of My Story 

John Morris: A Journey of Mind, Body, and Art

Born in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, John Morris grew up with big dreams and an even bigger imagination. As an only child, his creativity knew no bounds, crafting characters and stories to amuse himself in a small town where wrestling posters lined his bedroom walls. Dreaming of becoming a pro wrestler, John instead found his success as a celebrated amateur wrestler and a podcaster for the Mind, Body, and Soul Show.

But life has a funny way of redirecting you. When wrestling didn’t pan out, John shifted his focus to bodybuilding at the age of 13. By 18, this once-lanky kid had become one of the top junior bodybuilders in the country. But a painful diagnosis of ulcerative colitis and episodic blindness forced him to step away from the world of bodybuilding, and once again, he was left to redefine himself.

 

It was through these health battles and personal struggles that John found art-a tool of healing, expression, and purpose. What began as a hobby turned into a life-altering passion. John realized that art could heal not only his body but also his mind and spirit. And so, he combined his artistic vision with his spiritual growth, launching a life coaching business focused on helping others heal and transform their lives.

Through his writing, art, and mentorship, John now dedicates his time to guiding others through their struggles. Whether you’re looking to change your environment, heal your soul, or rediscover your creativity, John is here to help you create a masterpiece of your life. P.S He’s 10-years married this year, and both he and Katie live in the west coast of Scotland with their black cat Cooper.
